I read Kamimizu’s opinion of aging population. I agree with his opinion in a certain part, but deny it in a certain part. His suggestion is the government puts subsidies on women to keep their social advancement and concentrate on child rearing. It seems like women mustn’t work at first sight. This method will also return to the previous Japan again. So, I’d like to suggest opinion from another perspective.
In the first place, the fundamental of this problem is the population of elderly people who increased too much. It would be easier to reduce the number of them then to increase the number of children. I mean, my opinion is that people who are older than a certain age die. It sounds like a short circuit and stupid. But I have an idea. You can drink that medicine with your family stuff or drink it at a hospital. However, even if they do not take medicine or drink, they will be socially obliterated one month later. In other words, even if they only get medicine and money and think that they will live in the future, their data will disappear from everything from insurance, medical care, pension, etc. On one hand, those who chose the way of survival can continue to live, but will pay survival tax. For example, if you want to live a year of 80 years old you pay within a period of six months to ten months. Lump-sum payment is possible, but if you died within that period you will not be refunded. Why is 80 years old as a border, the average life expectancy of Japanese is 80.75 years for males and 86.99 years for females. In other words, if you can live to 80 years old you can say that you have largely lived life. Conversely from me it is frustrating that I have to keep living for 58 years. To live long does not have the same meaning as living in health. I think that many people think this system is contrary to morals. However, can it be said that it is not contrary to morals that having a physical disability, causing dementia, causing inconvenience to family members, keeping living alone and be abandoned by their family? If this system is introduced, we can eliminate solitary death, elderly people do not have to think about living while worrying about small pension, even they can leave their own funeral expenses and heritage to their families. And by decreasing the number of people who need care, people of production generation who were deprived of time in home care are able to work well and the burden of medical expenses of elderly people is obviously reduced. By introducing this system, you can eliminate anxiety about elderly living and increase the productivity of young people. I believe that this system will make a fundamental solution to the problems of the elderly in Japan.

Mail order sales are a very important tool in recent years. Whether you live in Japan or not you will have heard of these names Amazon, Rakuten, Yahoo and so on. Those are the names of the most popular mail-order companies. Have you ever used them before so far? They adopt amazing systems.
“Same-day shipment” is one of the systems that surprised me. It is to ship during the day if you place an order by the time each company decided. If you are in a hurry to arrive at the item, you think that this system is very convenient. Of course I was also indebted to this system. But, this convenient system is now a big problem. It is as clear as day that responding to customer’s request is a heavy burden for shipping. For example, Amazon, which everyone may have known and used well, adopts "Same-day shipment" and for that reason several sippers support it. Among Them, Sagawa Kyubin, which is second in the delivery service companies, withdrew from the project in October 2013. The reason is that their business system is not well suited to providing detailed services but also they were no able to get enough reward for work. Needless to say, the work they were carrying was imposed on other companies. In April of this year, Yamato Unyu, which is first in the delivery service companies, at lastfinally suggested withdrawing from its project. Their burden was not limited to that service. Time designated delivery and redelivery due to being absent upon receipt too. By the former they were given individual time limits as well as the norm of the day. And because there are lots of packages to deliver, they can’t take a sufficient break. Also, by the latter they have to do two deliveries with one shipping fee. Given these, it is natural that they are conscious of withdrawal. It will be impossible for us who are accustomed to the useful world to drop that quality. There is a proverb that “There’s no such thing as a free lunch”. Today, we have forgotten that it is imposing a heavy burden on providers to get used to requesting services. Someday that matter will come to us. Have you ever heard his name, “Ito Hirobumi”. He is the first prime minister of Japan. I think he is one of the most famous people of the Meiji era. He has made Japan which leads to the present. Of course, there were many people who did their best to accomplish it besides him. One of them is “Takasugi Shinsaku”. It looked up to him like a brother and a master. He couldn’t live until the Meiji era, but I think that there was no Meiji era without him.
Takasugi was born in 1839 in Hagi city of Yamaguhi prefecture then was the place name Choshu domain. He studied at a cram school called “Shoukasonnjuku” and has referred to by his master Mr. Shouin as promising in the future. As Mr. Shouin was a very crazy man, of course his disciples he was also crazy. He burned down the British embassy with his comrades as he thought he needed to reject foreign countries. The official of Choshu was very surprised and corrected for him. Then he became a priest. Afterwards, the Choshu domain attacked foreign ships passing through the Shimonoseki channel, but there was easily suppressed. As they noticed that they were inferior to capability than foreign countries and asked him for help. So, he suggested collecting soldiers regardless of status to make an army. It was “kiheitai” He served as the commander of it. After eight month, he was put in a prison due to leave Choshu domain. However, the Choshu domain at that time was in crisis situation. They caught the coup d'état by other domains, almost national experts have been killed. To the bad luck, the foreign countries they were attacking also tried to attack them at that time. So they once again asked him for help. He was entrusted to the negotiation with a foreign fleet. They were thinking of getting a large amount of reparation and Japanese territory. However, he suddenly recited “kojiki”, and convinced that Japan has never given territory to foreign countries. After the negotiation, the domain split into two sides, one that follows shogunate government and another that confronts it. There were only a few people trying to confront it, but about 80 people gather at the call of him with Ito as a lead. And they broke down 2,000 opponents. After that, he won the battle with the shogunate government and the new era was close at hand soon. However because of illness he died at the age of 27. Old people sometimes write haiku when they die. He also wrote it. It represents his life. He may have wanted to say that it is myself to make the world interesting.
